Once the pool heater is registered, ALL warranty service in the state of Florida is provided by Gulfstream's in-house service and maintenance team. In addition years 8 thru 10 qualify for a parts discount should any need replaced.

Warranty Activation and Support

You must register your product within 30 days of purchase by visiting the Built Right Warranty Registration Page. Coverage begins on the purchase date, or 60 days from the manufacturing date if you cannot provide proof of purchase. Terms and Conditions

This warranty applies exclusively to original owners at the installation site. During the coverage period, any defective part will be repaired or replaced with either new or refurbished components at Built Right’s discretion. Labor to install replacement parts will also be covered for either 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty term, whichever is longer. To ensure your warranty stays valid all repairs must be conducted by Factory Authorized Service Agents.
